This dish is served with our extra special pilau rice from the finest Basmati rice, sourced from the north of the Indian sub-continent and cooked with the best saffron available. Accompanied by a medium vegetable side dish.

Raj Tikka Massalla GF
Though a popular UK dish, ours is rather special due to our generosity with the Saffron, Chef's own recipe yogurt sauce, lashings of Vegan fresh cream, coconut, almonds and sultanas.

A very mild thick sauce, cooked with a generous amount of Vegan fresh cream, almonds and coconut.

A dish which curiously originated from the Kasmiri community in Birmingham. It is a medium spiced dish cooked with tomatoes, peppers and garlic served in a traditional Balti dish.

Keema Matar with Soya "Mince" GF
Another favourite of the North West Frontier. Fresh minced lamb cooked in a thick spicy sauce with garden peas. Whilst ordinarily a medium spiced dish, it is wonderful when served hotter with fresh chillies; just ask your waiter to have it made your way.
